Each of us wants to achieve success and victory. But, it's difficult to achieve when we do not understand the steps that must be passed . Islam as the perfect religion has explained the steps to achieve that, either through the word of Allah swt and the word of Rasullullah saw. There are Four habbits that we must do.Namely, to wake up early, tahajud, morning prayer, and praying Duha. If we can do that, God willing, we can achieve what we are desired easily.
Four habbits is already done by Rasullullah saw and his companions, especially when it is a war. For example, during the war of Badr. Why Rasullullah saw and his companions could win the war when their number is only 313 people, while the number of the Pagans 1200? What's the secret? The secret we can find in An - Nasr. Allah Almighty says, " When Allah’s succour and the triumph cometh, And thou seest mankind entering the religion of Allah in troops, Then hymn the praises of thy Lord, and seek forgiveness of Him. Lo! He is ever ready to show mercy. " (An- Nasr [ 110 ] : 1-3 )
In the book of Tafseer Juz 'Amma, Muhammad Abduh wrote, that the Holy Rasullullah was pessimistic going to win, when so much obstacles encountered, fell An- Nasr to remind that only God determines everything.
Pessimism and mental turmoil of Rasullullah saw and his companions then causing delayed Allah 's help. Therefore, the Holy Rasullullah asked for forgiveness to Allah swt. After Muhammad seek forgiveness of God, come down God's help, so that the Muslims are capable to defeat the polytheists.
We see that, the victory of Rasullullah saw and Muslims at that time did not escape from istighfar. So also with us. When you want to win, should reproduce seek forgiveness and other sunnah.
Physical effort that we do not guarantee 100 % can achieve the victory. But, if we only do Sunnah without going to do business, also can not guarantee victory, but if they do, God willing, victory and succeed will come to us. sunnah and business ( activity ) are the two main key to pick up the victory.
